hope you’ve all had an opportunity to get swept up in the inspiration & glory
of these 2012 Summer Olympics. What a
joy it’s been watching Team USA’s Olympic hopefuls perform at their peak. Their focus, skill & determination in these
summer games has been no less than awe inspiring. And to top it off, Team USA is SHINING at the
top of the podium today with their overall medal count.

TEAM USA! Your drive & continuous dedication
to BEING YOUR BEST is truly an inspiration to rest of US.
That
being said, why NOT infuse some of this
incredible inspiration & energy into our daily routines? There are numerous ways we can “Go for the
GOLD” in our own lives, every day. For one,
we can simply make better FOOD choices. Seriously! It’s that easy. Going for the GOLD can be a dedication &
commitment to ACHIEVE HEALTH; ENJOY Life & BE your BEST SELF. So why not “GO FOR THE GOLD” everyday? We need only a fraction of that Olympic focus
