'You Learn by Living'

Wondrous Inspiration!  Each experience & translation is as unique as we are individually.  That being said, I hope today's healthy inspiration positively moves you.  In my humble opinion, it's a gift for anyone it touches.

"One's philosophy is not best expressed in words; it is expressed in the choices one makes. In the long run, we shape our lives and we shape ourselves. The process never ends until we die. And, the choices we make are ultimately our own responsibility."

Packaged in timeless fashion, this healthy inspiration comes from an amazing and profoundly intelligent American icon, Eleanor Roosevelt. ~ The source: 'You Learn by Living' (1960)

May you find inspiration often, and where you least expect it.

Enjoy & eat well to FUEL the BEST YOU possible.

Magnesium: Are you getting enough in your Diet?

Happy Friday Everyone,
Today Whole Infusion is all about the benefits of Magnesium. Sincere thanks for reading, enjoy!

Let me start with a simple question.  How often do you see a commercial or hear your doctor talk about the importance of magnesium relative to HEALTH?  Most of us would agree the answer is RARE at best.

That's unfortunate because in order to truly build health, Magnesium is ESSENTIAL to every single organ in the body. It's actually one of six essential "macro"-minerals needed by the body for healthy organ function.  ("Macro" means these minerals are needed in larger amounts than other trace minerals necessary to our health.)  The remaining 5 "macro"-minerals are calcium, sodium, potassium, phosphorous and chloride.

Ok. Many of us recognized 'Calcium' in that macro-mineral list, but what isn't well known is that Magnesium is just as important as Calcium for strong bones and teeth.  Interesting, huh?

The reality is Magnesium's necessary for many vital functions: a healthy immune system, proper neurological & cardiovascular functions along with normal blood sugar regulation, to name a few.

Thus, many 'common' conditions in our society could be improved with an infusion of Magnesium rich foods in the diet.

How many of these "common" conditions do you recognize?
  • Immune issues:  Asthma, Psoriasis, Acne and Eczema.
  • Neurological disorders:  Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Autism, Tics and ADD.
  • Cardiovascular concerns:  Hypertension, Erratic heart rhythm and High Cholesterol
  • Blood sugar dysfunction:  Type-II Diabetes (previously named Adult Onset Diabetes)
  • Muscle & nerve issues:  Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS), Fibromyalgia, Muscle Tension, Muscle Spasms or Cramps
  • General conditions: Headaches (including Migraines), Sluggish Metabolism
Wow, is right.

It's truly amazing how a chronic deficiency in one essential mineral can affect health.  In turn, it's a shame the general public is not better informed with NATURAL alternatives that empower the body's natural ability to rebuild health & system function?  Instead, present day 'health care' bombards the airways with miracle PRESCRIPTIONS as the answer to our health woes.  'Prevention' in the form of a Prescription adding 'eat better & get plenty of regular exercise'.

For those of us who want to DO BETTER, we can be grateful for the plethora of AMAZING holistic resources (just like the one attached).  Professionals happy to educate on the essential importance of something as simple as Magnesium to heal.

All it takes is the courage to KNOW BETTER, so you can DO BETTER to rebuild health.
